Gowainghat Degree College is the largest Educational institution in Gowainghat upazila. There are many thousand of student read in this college. I was also a student of this college. Now Iam serving in Bangladesh Navy, BNS ISSAKHAN/SMWT at chittagong. The teaching system of the college is very helpful to the student. Most of the brilient student of Gowainghat upazila are read in Gowainghat Degree College. Every year many student from here are get chance in various famous University. Brilient student Alim uddin he was also a student of Gowainghat Degree college. Now heis read in Shahjalal University of Science and Tecnhology Depertment in English. I am M MASHUK AHMED I feel proud becouse I live in Ghoramara gram at Gowainghat thana, Distic of sylhet.I love my village becouse Ghoramara is my birthplace. My village is very beautyful. It has some natural beauty. In the winter season when the sun rise the grass of fild is look like a silver. Many studetn of Ghoramara Gram are read in various school and university, Mr Alim Uddin is a Briliant student of Shahajalal University of Since and Technology(SUST).
